If your fabric order needs to come back as finished garments, we can coordinate that — for the categories our long-standing production partners already run steadily. We do not own a garment factory, and we would rather decline a category than quote one badly.
Where it sits
An extension of the fabric order, not a second business
Garment coordination is offered to buyers who are already sourcing cloth. It is not the headline, and it is not where the range is stretched.
- What it is
- Fabric selection, garment sampling, production follow-up and inspection, coordinated as an add-on when your fabric order needs to come back as finished garments.
- What it is not
- We do not own the garment lines the work is placed on, and make-up is not our main offer. We say that plainly rather than implying otherwise.
- When it makes sense
- When you are buying cloth from us anyway and the make-up side is the part you would rather not run from another continent.
- When it does not
- A garment-only order with no fabric in it, or a category outside the six listed below. Both are better served by a specialist, and we will say that.
- One standard
- One merchandiser owns the fabric and the make-up together, so the cloth that reaches the garment line is the cloth you approved.
Categories
Six categories we can run steadily
These are the categories that run steadily for us. Anything outside them is answered honestly before a quote is prepared, not after the sample.
Shirts
Woven shirting in checks, stripes and dobbies. The closest fit with our main line, and the category where our own quality control carries furthest.
Down jackets
Shell and lining wovens, quilting and baffle construction. Filling quality and handling are agreed per order rather than assumed.
Knit tees
Jersey and interlock, solid-dyed or yarn-dyed, cut and sewn to your fit and your size set.
Polos
Pique and rib, with collar and placket construction specified so the garment keeps its shape after washing.
Hoodies
Fleece and loop-back, with the trim, drawcord and lining package agreed item by item on the order.
How it works
Five steps from cloth to carton
The same sequence as a fabric order, carried one stage further. Cycles depend on the category, the quantity and the line schedule.
Fabric selection and lock
Article, colour, finish and consumption per garment are confirmed against the approved fabric sample and your tech pack. The figure that decides the order is metres per garment, not metres ordered.
Garment sampling
A fit and make-up sample is produced against the tech pack. Comments from your team are consolidated into a single instruction; the number of rounds is not fixed and is quoted per order.
Production follow-up
After fabric approval and sample sign-off, the lot is placed. Trims, size set and in-line checks are followed against your specification, and problems are raised while they are still cheap to fix.
Inspection and packing
Final inspection runs to the standard written into the order, then folding, labels, hangtags and cartons to your packing instruction. The requirement is yours to set; we report against it.
Consolidation and shipment
Garments and fabric can ship together or separately from Shenzhen or Shanghai, with duty-paid, customs-cleared delivery available for destinations in 200+ countries.
Why an add-on
The limits, stated plainly
Six reasons this stays an extension of the fabric order rather than a headline service.
- We can be held to the fabric. The make-up depends on a production partner’s line, so we only take the work when the category and the quantity fit what is already running steadily.
- Capacity is booked per order. Garment time depends on the line’s running schedule and is always subject to confirmation, never published as a fixed date.
- The garment stage sits behind the fabric. Sampling and bulk have to clear before cutting starts, so a make-up date moves with the fabric date.
- We will not stretch the range. A longer category list would win enquiries and lose orders. Six categories, quoted honestly, is the position.
- Minimums change shape. Fabric minimums are metres or kilograms per colour; a make-up order is quoted against the garment quantity. Both are confirmed per order.
- Terms are agreed per order and are not published here or anywhere else on this site.

A tech pack or a reference sample is enough to start. If the category is outside the six we run steadily, we will say so in the first reply rather than after a sample has been paid for.
