Documents

The documents buyers ask for, sent on request

Four documents cover almost everything a sourcing team needs before the first order: who we are, what we supply, how to write a specification, and the certificates that exist for the article you are considering.

Company profile

For a new buyer doing a first check on us.

Who we are, what we supply, where the office and the two warehouses are, how a quotation and an order are handled, and the contact route. Two pages, written the same way as this site, so it can be forwarded internally without editing.

Category overview

For a buyer or designer scoping a range.

The three categories we supply — yarn-dyed woven, TR and blends, and knit — with the typical constructions, weights and end uses in each, and the finishes we are asked for most often. It shows what is possible, not a fixed stock list.

XLSX

Specification sheet template

For your sourcing or technical team.

The fields a quote needs, in the order we read them: article or reference, composition, weight, width, colour reference, quantity per colour, finish, target market and delivery terms. Fill it in once and it can be reused for every enquiry.

Certification documents

For a buyer or compliance officer who needs paper.

Copies of test reports and certification documents as they are completed for a given article — PFAS-free C0 DWR, non-iron, easy care, organic cotton, and RWS or GRS where the product documents exist. We complete certifications to your buyer’s requirement; we do not claim a certification we cannot show a document for.

How we send them

One request, one person
Your request is read by the commercial team and answered by a person. If the document you asked for does not exist yet, we tell you rather than sending something close to it.
Nothing is mapped to a public file
There are no download links on this page and no files sitting on the open web. Documents are sent to you directly, so we know who has them and can send the current version instead of a stale one.
Updates come to you
Where a document is revised — a new test report, a corrected specification template — the updated version is sent to the buyers who asked for it, rather than being left at an address nobody checks.
Certification documents

Shared as they are completed, for the article in question

Certification is a per-article question, not a badge on a homepage.

We complete certifications to your buyer’s requirement. PFAS-free C0 DWR, non-iron, easy care and organic cotton have been produced; RWS and GRS can be supported where the product documents exist. Certificate scans are shared as they are completed, article by article, so a document you receive always refers to the cloth you are ordering.

If a buyer requires a standard we cannot evidence for that article, we say so before the order rather than after the inspection.

We do not claim a certification we cannot show a document for, and we make no carbon-neutral or environmental claim on this site.

Where a certificate is still in progress, the file is sent to you the moment it is completed, so you are not chasing it later.

Images and files

What will never be inside the documents

Two rules we apply to every file and every photograph before it is sent to a buyer.

No QR codes or barcodes

Photographs and documents carry no QR code and no barcode. Scanning is a route into someone else’s system, and a buyer should not have to check what a code on a supplier’s page does.

No supplier details

Images contain no supplier or mill names, no contact details and no third-party branding. Where a mill mark appears on a photograph, the image is not used.

Next step

Need the specification template first?

Fill it in with what you have — even a partial sheet tells us more than a written enquiry. Our target for a first manual response is within 1 working hour on business days. Documents follow as they are available rather than all at once.

Certification documents are shared as they are completed for the article in question.
