A functional shirt cloth — base construction and C0 DWR developed together

A shirt programme needed water repellency without fluorocarbon chemistry, on a base cloth that still had to handle and drape like a shirt rather than a technical shell.

What we did

Base construction agreed against the end garment and the hand the buyer wanted
PFAS-free C0 DWR run on the base cloth and assessed with the buyer
Specification, quantity and delivery treated as open until confirmed per order

The work sat in the two places that decide whether a functional cloth survives production: the base construction, and whether the finish can be applied without changing the hand the buyer approved. Both were settled before bulk quantities were discussed.
